Vivek Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Vivek is currently the Founder and CEO at Fixcraft.in since October 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Droom Technology as an Associate Vice President of Business Development from July 2017 to September 2018, and as a Senior Director of Business Development from November 2016 to July 2017. At Droom Technology, Vivek was responsible for PnL ownership of a 3300 Cr Annulaised GMV business and played a key role in increasing the seller base, training, and account management. Vivek also planned and developed Eco System tools to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Before joining Droom Technology, Vivek worked at Snapdeal as an Associate Director from April 2014 to November 2016. Vivek played a significant role in developing the FMCG Supercategory strategy, leading the OmniChannel Hyperlocal strategy, and establishing the Account Management Team. Vivek was also responsible for creating processes and policies to support the growth of small enterprise sellers.

Prior to their tenure at Snapdeal, Vivek worked at Philips Electronic India Limited as an ASM in Andhra Pradesh from May 2013 to April 2014. Before that, they worked at Philips as a Deputy Manager in Lighting from May 2012 to May 2013. In this role, they excelled in solution selling and managed the B2B sales for the Delhi territory, achieving a turnover of 130 Cr across various business groups.

Vivek also gained experience in the shipping industry as an Assistant to the Chief Engineer at Seaarland Shipping Management B.V. from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they had a summer internship at Philips Electronics India Ltd in 2011.

Throughout their career, Vivek has showcased excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on business development and sales.

Vivek Sharma completed their education in a chronological order. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Marine Engineering and Research Institute, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Moving forward, from 2010 to 2012, Vivek pursued their Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Strategy and Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
