Ian Conrad is a seasoned professional in user experience and digital strategy with extensive experience in leadership and design. Currently serving as the Manager of UX at Fix.com since June 2021, Ian leads UX/CX initiatives and manages research and design efforts. Previous roles include Senior User Experience Designer at Delvinia, Experience Designer and User Advocate at Relevance Collective, and User Experience Designer at both Jackman Reinvents and Konrad Group, showcasing a robust history in user experience consulting and design thinking. Ian's career began as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Momentum Group and a Teaching Assistant at Dalhousie University, where Ian also completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management.
