Chrissy Marzano is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in loyalty and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Loyalty and Digital Marketing Manager at FiveStar since January 2020, Chrissy oversees the launch and adoption of a new customer loyalty program and has led the development of the company's inaugural mobile app. Prior experience includes a role as a Digital Marketing Specialist-Advanced at Jack Henry & Associates, where support and training were provided to clients for product adoption, and as Loyalty Manager at Thorntons Inc., where implementation of the Refreshing Rewards loyalty program was managed. Chrissy also developed Thorntons' online identity as a Social Media and PR Specialist. Earlier roles include serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA Program Assistant at National Safe Place and an intern at Allied Advertising. Chrissy earned a BA in Public Relations and Communication from Northern Kentucky University and also studied at the University of Kentucky.
