Hina Yousaf is a Senior Instructional Designer currently employed at Fiverr since February 2023, bringing extensive experience in program development and eLearning solutions. Previously at Ufone from May 2006 to December 2021, Hina served as a Senior Instructional Designer & eLearning Developer, successfully designing over 200 interactive digital learning programs and conducting needs assessments to enhance training effectiveness. Additional roles at Ufone included responsibilities in service development, quality standardization, and customer care, with a focus on training and process improvement. Hina holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, completed in 2016.
