Mesa Cannard is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction and real estate development sectors. Currently serving as a project manager at Fiveight since January 2023, Mesa previously led the refurbishment of Melbourne's flagship David Jones store as a project manager from August 2021 to January 2023. Previous roles include project management positions at APP Corporation and JLL, where Mesa oversaw significant projects such as the upgrades of guest rooms and public spaces at various hotels and O'Hare International Airport. Early career experience includes managing a $40M shopping center extension at APP Corporation and serving as a graduate contracts administrator at Georgiou for a $15M airport expansion project. Mesa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Curtin University.
