Luis Santo Domingo is an experienced sales and operations leader with a strong background in managing sales support applications and optimizing business processes. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Partner Operations at Five9 since August 2016, Luis has previously held senior positions at FireEye, DocuSign, and EMC, where responsibilities included global sales operations and channel operations management. Notably, Luis has a history of driving efficiency and implementing best practices across organizations, along with a proven track record in business development and product management. Luis holds an Executive Management degree from Babson College, an MBA in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California, and a BA in Communications from the University of the Pacific.
