Ben Soli serves as an Associate Data Scientist at Five9 since October 2023. Previously, Ben held various roles at Posh Technologies including NLP Research Intern and NLP Annotation Specialist from January 2023 to May 2023, where Ben focused on client personalization in chatbot deployments and intent recognition ontology. Ben also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Computer Science Department at Brandeis University from August 2021 to December 2022, assisting in multiple courses and providing feedback on programming assignments. Ben completed a Master’s of Science in Computational Linguistics and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Linguistics from Brandeis University.
