Jessica Callahan has extensive experience in customer service and retail, beginning with a role in customer service at Lands' End from September 1992 to June 1993. From May 1995 to November 2005, Jessica served as Bakery Team Leader at Whole Foods Market, managing a team and overseeing retail operations. Following this, Jessica was the Lead Cashier at Mississippi Market Co-op from November 2006 to December 2012, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
