Ryan Chen is an undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Brooklyn College and Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York, with an expected graduation in May 2025. Ryan serves as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Brooklyn College's Jarzecki Lab, focusing on computational modeling of the Met-Tyr-Trp (MYW) adduct within the KatG enzyme of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In addition to academic research, Ryan maintains roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant at both Five Star Nursing and New Vanderbilt Rehabilitation & Care Center. Ryan also contributes to the community as a Tae Kwon Do Instructor and previously held the position of Assistant Instructor at The Y (YMCA). Ryan has experience in customer service as a Food Counter Clerk at Kum Fung Chinese Restaurant, a role held since September 2016.
