Jon Gregory has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jon started their career in 1982 as a Specialist 4 in the US Army. After their honorable discharge, they worked at the Butte County Economic Development Corp., where they held various roles and eventually became the General Manager. In 1989, they joined the Tri-County Economic Development Corp. as a Deputy Director, where they played a key role in the formation of the Golden Capital Network. From 2001 to 2011, Jon served as the CEO and founder of the Golden Capital Network, hosting numerous venture forums that facilitated investments of over $1.5 billion and job creation. In 2013, they became a General Partner at the Northern California Investment Funds I and II, and since 2017, Jon has been serving as the Senior Vice President and Venture Banking Manager at Five Star Bank - California.

Jon Gregory attended California State University, Chico from 1984 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Political Science.
