Kim Rounds is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and marketing within the cattle and beef industries. Currently serving as both Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialty Beef Program Manager at Five Rivers Cattle Feeding since February 2018, Kim also holds the position of Director of Marketing at Shining KL Partners since March 2017. Prior roles include Data Services Specialist and Data Services Coordinator at the American Gelbvieh Association from February 2016 to January 2018. Kim Rounds earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Animal Sciences and Equine Sciences from Colorado State University between 2011 and 2015.
