Max Kuzmych has worked as a System Engineer at Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University since 2010. From 2011 to 2014 they worked at Modulsoft as a 1C Developer, Team Lead, and Tech Lead. From 2014 to 2015 they were a Self-Employed Drupal Developer. From 2015 to 2016 they were a Drupal Developer at InternetDevels. Since 2016 they have been a Drupal Developer at Smile. Most recently, in 2022 they were promoted to a TL / Senior Drupal Developer at Five Jars.

Max Kuzmych obtained their Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University between 2006 and 2011.
