Shellie Brickle is a seasoned supply chain and engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Engineering at Five Below since September 2024, Shellie previously held the position of Director of Global Supply Chain and Trade at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from October 2022 to October 2024. Shellie's prior experience includes serving as Director of Global Process Engineering & Productivity at Wayfair and Director of Engineering at Nestlé. Shellie began a managerial career at UPS, where responsibilities included US Manager of Engineering, Operations, and Marketing from December 1998 to March 2014. Shellie's educational background includes an Advanced Master of Integrated Supply Chain with a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Michigan State University and a degree from the GIS Institute at Brandeis International Business School.
