Rich Morell is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Head of Growth at Five at Heart since October 2024. Prior to this role, Rich held the position of VP of Growth at lulafit, where expertise in wellness culture was showcased from August 2022 to October 2024. As Executive Vice President of Business Development at Equiem between September 2018 and August 2022, Rich contributed to creating community-driven spaces. Rich's entrepreneurial experience includes owning The House at Smoko from January 2011 to March 2020 and serving as Head of North America at Five at Heart from July 2014 to August 2018. Earlier career highlights include roles at Equiem in Australia and Inlink Media as Director of Business Development. Rich holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology and participated in The Executive Connection program. Rich's educational background also includes attending Melbourne Grammar School.
