Shruti Thakur is an accomplished Human Resource professional with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as Human Resource Manager at FivD since February 2021, Shruti has also held the role of Human Resource Manager, Administration Lead, and Company Assistant at Scoop Brand Holdings from February 2013 to the present. Previous experience includes HR & Administration roles at FIC Finance (India) Limited, where responsibilities involved recruitment, retention, policy formulation, and employee counseling, and as an HR Executive at Allied Financial Services, managing recruitment, employee data maintenance, and grievance counseling. Shruti holds a B2 Level degree in French Language from Alliance Francaise de Delhi and a graduate degree in Commerce from D.A.V Public School.
