With extensive experience leading teams and managing projects, including a tenure as General Manager - Southern Operations at Sojitz Blue Pty Ltd, Simon has demonstrated expertise in improving efficiency, productivity, and financial returns across various mining operations. Simon's educational background includes dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Mining and Civil/Mining from UNSW and the University of Newcastle.
