John Robinson has extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as a Shift Manager at Fitzgeralds Tunica Casino since May 2006. In this role, John leads pit and slot operations, focusing on customer service, employee relations, game protection, team building, and staff development. Responsibilities include overseeing table games and slot operations, ensuring compliance, hiring, scheduling, and mentoring team members for leadership roles. Prior to this position, John held the role of Assistant Branch Manager at SunTrust from March 2004 to April 2005. John pursued education in marketing at The University of Alabama from 1978 to 1980 and continued studies at The University of Memphis.
