Ruth Wragg-Jones is an experienced professional in organisational development and employee engagement, currently holding a position at Fitzgerald HR since July 2023. Ruth previously worked at Allergy Therapeutics from September 2019 to June 2023 as Head of Employee Engagement (Global), overseeing employee engagement initiatives and culture transformation in a global pharmaceutical environment. Earlier roles include Head of HR Service Delivery at Sussex Police, Projects and Change Head at Surrey and Sussex Police, and various positions at Sussex Police and London Borough of Camden, focusing on strategy, change, and HR consulting. Ruth holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the University of Sussex.
