Allison Hurley has a diverse background in the catering and retail industries, currently serving as a waiter at Fitzers Catering Limited since September 2017, where responsibilities include managing events at the convention center and Punchestown racecourse, emphasizing the importance of organization and punctuality. Additionally, Allison has worked as a retail assistant at Wrights of Howth in Dublin Airport since July 2017, providing customer service to a diverse clientele.
