David Berenguer

Technical Art Director at FitXR

David Berenguer has extensive experience in the field of technical art and VFX. David is currently working as the Technical Art Director at FitXR since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a freelance technical artist, specializing in realtime 3D graphics, AR/VR, and VFX. From 2020 to 2021, they held the position of Senior Technical Artist and VFX Artist at Immerse, where they worked on VR projects and made transitions FX, upgraded projects, and performed optimizations. David also worked at RosieReality as a Senior Technical Artist and VFX Artist from 2019 to 2020, where they worked on an AR puzzle game and supervised a team to produce high-quality shorts in Unity. Additionally, they have held positions at SpatialFlow as the Head of Technical Art, FoxCub Games as a VFX Specialist and Technical Artist, Lionhead Studios as a Senior Technical Artist, and Electronic Arts as a Senior Technical Artist. In 2011, they worked at Ensign Games as a Lead Artist, Technical Artist, and Programmer, and in 2010 at Berserker Games as the Lead Technical Artist and Lead Artist. Throughout their career, David Berenguer has gained expertise in technical art, VFX, real-time graphics, AR/VR, and optimization.

David Berenguer attended Universitat Rovira i Virgili from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Informatica de sistemas. David then continued their education at the same university from 1999 to 2001, further specializing in the field of Informatica de sistemas.
