Joy Karanja is a skilled Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in testing roles. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Tester at FITTS since November 2022, Joy previously held the position of Quality Assurance Engineer at Craft Silicon from April 2022 to February 2023, where responsibilities included test management and analyzing business requirements. Prior experience as a Software Test Engineer at Techno Brain Group from February 2020 to April 2022 involved manual testing, establishing test environments, design of test scenarios and cases, and performance measurement. Joy Karanja holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, obtained in 2020.
