Emanuele Aloise has been working in the corporate sector since 2005. Emanuele began their career at Gi Group as a Responsible for Selection and Responsible for Training Area Brianza, where they were responsible for recruiting personnel for client companies, coordinating the branches of the area in the realization of training courses, teaching courses on labor safety and rights, and providing orientation to work in higher education institutions. In 2007, they joined PMI srl as a Project Manager and Training Consultant. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Asset Management srl as a Regional Key Account Manager, where they were responsible for analyzing needs, designing, and promoting training activities. In 2015, they joined EASY WELFARE as an Area Manager Nord and District Sales Manager, where they managed a team of 4 collaborators, assigned sales objectives, and supported the commercial direction in the elaboration of sales strategies. In 2020, they joined FinDynamic as a Sales Manager and Fitprime as a Corporate Solutions Manager.
Emanuele Aloise attended SDA Bocconi from 2019 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Sales Management. Prior to that, they attended Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Laurea vecchio ordinamento in Sociologia ad indirizzo organizzativo, economico e del lavoro.
