Our exercise physiologists build complex algorithms and technology makes them usable. We personalize all our services to each individual, everyday.

IndiaRunning is the most visited endurance mass participation event listing calendar for India with an unparalleled race registration platform that is not only technologically robust but with unsurpassed service levels to ensure an end-to-end stellar experience for the organizers as well as the participants.

The Team

The Marketing team embraces principles of autonomy and accountability to deliver true impact to our customers. Developing and administering content that is designed to engage users and build strong online communities through our social media platforms. We get deeply under the skin of our customers and their needs to do whatever’s necessary to have as much impact as we can.

The Role

Ultimately, you’re responsible for making things happen – You will build an overall strategy and implement it to meet the primary responsibilities as mentioned below while ensuring a positive customer service experience

· Monitor, maintain and support the upkeep and hygiene of all digital assets · Monitor and improve the performance of digital assets including brand value, NPS, traffic, reviews, engagement etc · Connect with users to understand the difference between communication intent and perceived value

This is a combination of ownership, teamwork while focusing on customer satisfaction.
