Troy Wise has had a diverse and extensive career in marketing and management. Troy is currently the Vice President of Marketing at FITNESS PROJECT, where they lead all marketing efforts and is responsible for brand messaging, digital and social media, event planning, and internal and external communications. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Marketing at Gold's Gym SoCal Group, where they managed all marketing, promotions, and communication efforts for multiple clubs. Before that, they were the Director of Marketing & Media at DEFINE body & mind, where they created and executed strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and increase sales. Troy also has experience in the yacht club industry as the Director of Marketing and Membership Development at Lakewood Yacht Club. Additionally, they served as the Executive Director of Franchise Marketing and Social Media at Planet Beach Franchising Corporation, where they directed marketing activities for an international franchise organization. Troy began their career in sales and merchandising at Banana Republic and worked in various marketing roles at Giacona Container Corporation and America Inc. Troy has a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth.

Troy Wise attended Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a BSM degree in Marketing and Finance. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired the "HubSpot Marketing Software" certification from HubSpot in September 2017. Troy also obtained the "Inbound Marketing" certification from HubSpot Academy in the same month and year. Furthermore, Troy gained a "Social Media Certification" from Digital Marketing Bootcamp in February 2013.
