Gulcan Ustay has over 25 years of experience in finance and investor development. Currently serving as Senior Director and Office Head at Fitch Ratings since August 2005, Gulcan Ustay manages relationships with rated clients across Turkey, Romania, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan, while leading business development efforts in various sectors. Prior to this role, Gulcan served as Relationship Manager and Area Manager at HSBC Bank AS from 2001 to July 2005, and as Area Manager at Iktisat Bank briefly in 1995. Gulcan Ustay holds an education from NYU Stern School of Business and Ankara University, complemented by early education at Tevfik Fikret Lisesi.
