Micah Krueger has extensive work experience in the IT support field. Micah started their career in 2014 as a Tier 2 Technical Support at GeeksForLess Inc., where they later became an Abuse Postmaster and Network Operations Center Agent. In 2016, they joined CustomTec as a System and Network Support Engineer, responsible for managing and maintaining clients' systems and providing security solutions. After that, Micah worked at Grassroots IT as a Helpdesk Support Engineer, providing support to clients in New Zealand and Australia. Micah'smost recent position was at MetLife Gulf, where they worked as an IT Support Technician from 2019 to the present. Currently, Micah is the Service Desk Analyst Lead at Fitch Learning, starting in 2023.
Micah Krueger obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communications Technology with a major in Networking Administration from Holy Angel University in the years 2009 to 2013. Micah also holds a certification in IT Infrastructure Library v4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in 2021.
