Patrick McGuinness has over 17 years of work experience in the field of information technology. Patrick began their career in 2004 as an Agent (Technician) at Geek Squad, where they worked until 2006. Following that, they joined Best Buy as a PCHO Senior Team Member until 2007.

In 2007, Patrick joined SchoolOne as a Field Support Technician and worked there until 2009. Patrick then moved to Platinum Technologies, where they served as a Client Technologies Technician from 2009 to 2011. After that, they were promoted to the role of IT Engineer I and worked in that position until 2013.

Patrick then joined AtNetPlus in 2013 as an IT Specialist and worked there until 2015. Currently, they are working at FIT Technologies, where they started as a Network & Systems Engineer in 2015 and was later promoted to the role of Solutions Engineer in 2021. Patrick's role at FIT Technologies is ongoing.

Patrick McGuinness attended Full Sail University from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained an Associates degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Patrick has also acquired certifications in the field. Patrick obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in December 2010 and the Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in January 2022.
