Ken Maurer has a strong background in IT infrastructure and systems engineering. Ken started their career in 2005 as a Network Administrator at Aim National Lease, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, Ken worked as a Systems Engineer at IntelliNet Corporation. Ken then joined CrossCountry Mortgage, Inc. in 2018 as an IT Infrastructure Lead, where they worked until 2019. Ken returned to IntelliNet Corporation in 2019 as a Senior Systems Engineer and worked there until 2020. Ken then joined Park Place Technologies as a Senior Systems Engineer and worked there until 2021. Currently, Ken is working as a Solutions Engineer at FIT Technologies.

Ken Maurer attended Kent State University from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. During the same period, they also earned an Associate of Applied Business degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Kent State University, which they completed in 2007.

In terms of additional certifications, Ken Maurer obtained several Microsoft certifications. In October 2013, they received the MCSE: Server Infrastructure certification. In May 2014, they obtained the MCSE: Messaging certification. In April 2015, they earned the MCSE: Private Cloud certification. Lastly, in September 2016, Ken Maurer obtained both the MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure and the MCSE: Productivity certifications from Microsoft.
