Jessica Jurcak has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jessica most recently worked at FIT Technologies as a National Client Services Manager. Prior to that, they held the position of Client Services Manager at the same company. Jessica also worked as a Department Assistant 3 at Case Western Reserve University from 2015 to 2020. Jessica was a Co-Owner/Photographer at Plum City Photo from 2012 to 2018. At The Party Animal, Inc., they served as an Accounting Coordinator, managing accounts receivable and payable, maintaining customer accounts, and providing customer assistance from 2012 to 2015. Jessica was a Volunteer Coordinator at AmeriCorps, organizing and coordinating volunteers for the Public Education Initiative program from 2011 to 2012. Other roles include Server at Eat'n Park Hospitality Group from 2011 to 2012, Office Assistant at Chagrin Valley Optometrists from 2010 to 2012, and Customer Service Representative at Progressive Insurance from 2007 to 2011. Jessica Jurcak obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Ohio University in 2003 and studied Photography. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert.
