Casandra Blakewood is a seasoned professional in the health and fitness industry, currently serving as President at Fit Supply since September 2020, where the focus is on enhancing company growth through a strong operational foundation. Prior to this role, Casandra held various positions at EXOS from January 2016 to September 2020, including Regional Director of Operations and Director of Account Management, and served at MediFit Corporate Services from September 2002 to January 2016 as Regional Director and Program Manager, overseeing worksite health initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Health Fitness Specialist at USAA from February 2000 to September 2002, responsible for fitness assessments and group exercise classes. Casandra holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion Management from Nebraska Methodist College and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
