Cindy Festge has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Cindy started their career in 1991 as a Rehab Director at Capitol Rehabilitation Clinic, where they worked until 2004. Cindy then joined Blankenheim Services, initially as a Staff Clinician, and eventually progressed to the role of Southeast Wisconsin District Manager and National Clinical Manager. At Blankenheim Services, they held various positions and gained valuable experience. In 2019, they transitioned to Fit For Work as the Vice President of Customer Experience, where they specialize in reducing workplace injuries through systems and processes. Cindy'sexpertise includes working with safety, human resources, and operations to improve the health and welfare of the workforce. Cindy's work experience demonstrates their strong knowledge of OSHA standards and Worker's Compensation, allowing their to impact musculoskeletal injuries and address ergonomic challenges in different industries across the country.
Cindy Festge completed their education from 1985 to 1988 at Mount Mary University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. Cindy'sfield of study was specifically focused on Occupational Therapy. In March 1993, they obtained a certification as an Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBOT).
