Lars Langhans currently serves as the Head of Business Unit Aerospace and Defence at FIT Additive Manufacturing Group, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Lars held roles such as Head of Program at Rocket Factory Augsburg for a brief period in early 2023 and Head of Project Management at FIT Additive Manufacturing Group from January 2019 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Sales Officer at Bionic Production AG and Head of the German Office at Ascent Aerospace. Lars has also worked as a Business Manager at Altran, focusing on business development for turn-key projects across various industries. As Head of Engineering at Kalay Anlagenbau GmbH, Lars established the engineering department and implemented ISO 9001 processes. Other positions include General Manager at ASKON ConsultingGroup, Consultant at CCS Service GmbH, and Design Engineer at SMB Modell-und Werkzeugbau GmbH. Lars holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
