Nikki Hillan is an accomplished merchandising and sales professional currently serving as the Merchandising Manager for Iittala at Fiskars Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Nikki was the Wholesale Sales Manager at By Malene Birger A/S, where key responsibilities included leading the implementation and launch of a new ERP system for 2024. Experience also includes working as a Buyer Merchandiser for ILLUM, focusing on jewellery and a wide range of Shoes & Accessories, as well as roles at NET-A-PORTER that encompassed merchandiser and assistant buyer duties in bags and accessories. Earlier career highlights include positions at Kurt Geiger, The Gentleman's Journal, Condé Nast, and various internships in fashion styling. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Management with Merchandising from the University of Westminster, complemented by studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology and North East Scotland College.
