Nigel Stephen Cleary is an experienced professional with a diverse background in production management, logistics, and hospitality. Currently serving as Plant Production Manager at Fishers since March 2018 and Factory Production Manager at Shortridge Limited since June 2016, Nigel has also held roles as Kingsman in the Duke of Lancaster Regiment 4 Lancs and Line Manager at 2 Sisters Food Group. Previous experience includes managing operations at Broadoaks Country House and overseeing logistics at Schwans Europe Ltd and Wincanton Logistics. Nigel combines strong leadership skills with expertise in quality control, budget management, and training development, having built a successful career across various sectors, including food production and hospitality. Education includes completion of a Nuclear Awareness qualification and foundational studies at Tulketh High School.
