Lucy Renaut's work experience begins in 2010 as a Finance Manager at May Gurney. Lucy then joined Fishers Services Ltd in 2012 as an Accountant, later becoming the Financial Controller in 2013. Lucy was promoted to Group Finance Director in 2014, where they continue to work.

Lucy Renaut attended De Montfort University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Finance.
