Amy McIlduff has extensive experience in management, currently serving as General Manager at Fishers since December 2021, previously holding roles as Operations Manager and Plant Manager at the same company. Prior to Fishers, Amy worked at TGI Fridays UK from April 2002 to December 2021, where the role of Restaurant Manager was undertaken. Education includes attending The Glasgow Academy and Westbourne School.
