David Kern is a seasoned commercial and business litigator currently serving as a Partner at FisherBroyles, LLP since January 2015. With a strong focus on sophisticated business disputes, risk management, and liability defense, David builds upon previous experience as a Partner at Roetzel & Andress, LPA, where practice emphasized complex litigation and various areas including business torts and personal injury. Earlier in their career, David worked as an Associate at Kohnen & Patton, LLP, engaging in employment and business litigation, and served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Enforcement Section of the Ohio Attorney General's Office, representing Ohio EPA in legal matters. David Kern holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from The University of the South.
