Heather Bowers is a Senior Civil Engineer at Fishbeck, where employment has been held since April 2012. At Fishbeck, a focus has been on providing site and civil engineering design and construction services for various developments. Prior to this role, Heather worked as an Engineer 1 at Crown Castle from January 2010 to April 2012, where responsibilities included analyzing communication towers' structural capacities.
