Brad Vannoy, P.E., CQA, CESSWI, currently serves as the Indiana Road Team Lead and Senior Transportation Engineer at Fishbeck since February 2023. Previously, Brad Vannoy worked at Parsons Corporation from June 2013 to February 2023, holding positions including Senior Roadway Engineer, Highway Design Engineer, Section Construction Lead, and Quality Engineer. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers in the Nashville District from June 2010 to June 2013. Brad Vannoy earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2010.
