Glenda Kelton has extensive experience in project management and business analysis across various industries. Currently serving as Owner and President of a Fish Window Cleaning franchise in Oklahoma City since July 2016, Glenda previously held roles such as IT Project Manager at the University of Central Oklahoma and Cybersecurity Project Manager at the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. Glenda's experience also includes positions at 7-Eleven, Enable Midstream Partners, and Devon Energy, where responsibilities encompassed managing projects, implementing systems, and analyzing business processes. A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and the University of Central Missouri with a BS in Psychology/Child Development, Glenda has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and coordinate complex IT projects throughout a robust career.
