Emily Castro has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Emily co-founded Fish Fixe in 2017 and currently holds the role of Co-Founder. Prior to that, they worked at Republic National Distributing Company from 2007 to 2021. During their time there, they held various roles including Division Manager- On Premise Spirits, SETX, Area Manager- On Premise Spirits, Area Manager- On Premise Wine & Spirits, District Manager of On-Premise Spirits, District Manager for the Red Bull Division, and Retail Wine Sales Representative. Their roles at Republic National Distributing Company ranged from 2007 to 2021.

Emily Castro attended Texas A&M University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology. Emily also holds a certification in WSET II from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, although the month and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
