Jim Downard has over 25 years of experience in the construction and homebuilding industry. Currently serving as the Market Purchasing Manager for Fischer Homes since April 1998, Jim has also held roles as Product Offering Manager and Estimator within the company. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Construction Electrician in the US Navy from June 1987 to April 1993. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University, which was obtained between 1993 and 1998.
