Herb Gander has over 30 years of experience in sales and management roles in the connector industry. Herb started their career in 1988 as a Western Regional Sales Manager at Multi-Contact USA, where they focused on sales of signal and power connectors to OEM accounts. Herb received product training at the Swiss headquarters before moving to the US subsidiary in March 1990. In 1996, Herb became the owner of Silvertronic USA and successfully managed the company until December 1997. In 1998, they joined Fischer Connectors as a Regional Sales Manager, a role they continue to hold.
