Earl Kneessi started their work experience in 1992 as a Mechanical Designer at Force Inc., where they worked until 2001. From 2001 to 2002, they served as a Development Engineer at Luxcore Networks, Inc. Subsequently, they joined FitzSimons Automation in 2001 as a Development Engineer and worked until 2003. Following that, they joined Fischer Connectors, starting as a Sales Engineering Manager in 2003 and transitioning to become the Head of Engineering in 2020. As of March 2022, Earl Kneessi holds the position of Solutions Engineering Manager at Fischer Connectors.

Earl Kneessi holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
