Javier Luaces Frades is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and strategic expansion. Currently serving as Group CFO at Fisair since January 2019, Javier has successfully led the international expansion of the group by establishing subsidiaries in multiple countries and increasing manufacturing plants in Spain and Mexico. Prior to this role, Javier worked as an Independent Financial Consultant and held several leadership positions, including Director of Management Control and Purchases at Grupo Seguriber Umano, and Financial Director at GRUPO UMANO. Javier began their career as a businessman, founding a textile company, and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Management, along with specialized training in Management Accounting.
