Leigh Jason, MBA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance Technology & Data, Shared Services and Transformation at FIS, having joined the company in October 2023. Previously, Leigh held multiple senior roles at Syneos Health, including Vice President, Global Oracle Cloud Finance Pillar Leader, and VP Business Finance, Controller for the Americas Region from 2019 to October 2023. From 1999 to 2019, Leigh worked at IQVIA, advancing through positions such as Vice President of Global Financial Shared Services and Director of Shared Business Services. Key accomplishments include restructuring global shared services, leading integration efforts following significant acquisitions, and improving financial reporting and compliance processes. Leigh holds an MBA from the University of New Haven and a BA in Accounting from Muhlenberg College.
