Louis Tissington-Weston's work experience includes roles at two companies. From March 2021 to April 2022, they worked at Opmantek as a Sales Development Representative. In April 2022, they joined FirstWave ASX: FCT as a Business Development Manager. Louis later transitioned to the role of NMIS DevOps and System Administrator in July 2022.

Louis Tissington-Weston's education history begins in 2021 when they completed a short course on Linux fundamentals at edX. This course provided him with knowledge in computer and information technology administration and management. In 2022, Louis enrolled at TAFE Queensland to pursue a diploma in ICT with a focus on advanced networking and cloud engineering. Louis dedicated one year to this program, further expanding their skills and expertise in the field of information technology.
