Tij Nerurkar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the education and technology sectors. Currently serving as SVP and Market Leader for Media and EdTech at Firstsource since October 2021, Tij previously held significant roles at Cognizant, including P&L Head for the Education Business and Academy Head for North America, where responsibilities included talent transformation strategies and business development. Prior to Cognizant, Tij led global E-learning and Simulations business as President and Managing Director at Tata Interactive Systems, following several leadership roles within the company, including Sr. Vice President for North America and Vice President of Corporate & Government Solutions. Tij began a career in finance as Assistant Vice President at J M Financial & Investment Consultancy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Finance and Marketing from the University of Mumbai, and additional studies at the University of Sydney and Harvard Business School, focusing on Strategy and Sales Management.
