Rajesh Reddy Gop is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in managing account relationships and delivering operational excellence in BPaaS and BPO solutions. As Vice President of Healthcare at Firstsource since November 2022, Rajesh provides strategic direction and leads cross-functional teams across multiple countries. Prior roles include Associate Vice President at Sutherland Healthcare Solutions, where Rajesh managed a $75M P&L and developed solutions for major health plan clients. Earlier experience includes senior management positions at IBM and Apollo Health Street, focusing on account management, operational transformations, and process improvements.
