Michael Chapman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management. As the National Director of Sales at Firstsource since April 2007, Michael has focused on enhancing customer experiences for global clients. Prior to this role, Michael spent over a decade at AT&T, where responsibilities included managing collections processes as a Center Manager and overseeing workflow distribution as a Center Workforce Manager. Michael holds a B.A. in Psychology from Arizona State University and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
